- Intel Data Center GPU Flex Series will receives new TensorFlow acceleration, thanks to collaboration between Intel and Google.

- Machine Learning researchers being playful with their AI (artificial intelligence) & ML (machine learning) title paper naming with lots of fun, quirky and wonderful puns. PCGamer has the detail for that.

- Intel’s 14th Gen Core “Meteor Lake-S” desktop platform will introduce socket LGA1851, will feature 6P+16E core counts on high-end CPU, and also will features quad Xe iGPU cores, 64 EU (execution units), doubling the amount of previous Xe iGPU cores on “Raptor Lake-S” CPU.

- HardwareTimes detailed the continuous GPU price drop, which Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 drops to $749 (50% off) on eBay, AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT at $654 on Newegg, $380 off on the RTX 3080 Ti (from $1,199 to $819).

- RTX 4080 preliminary price reveal: U.S. at MSRP price (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price; $1,200), U.K. at £180 more (include tax) than MSRP (£1,450), Finland (at €1,620 to €1,970, including VAT (value-added tax)) and Denmark (12,190 Danish Krone (US $1,626) to 14,590 Krone ($1,946), including tax).

- [Leaked] AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX RDNA 3 tri-fan GPU prototype revealed, which matching with previous RDNA 3 teaser of the reference cooler design.

- After Twitter acquisition by Elon Musk on 28 October 2022, Twitter Blue will now priced for $20 (previously $5) per month, which grant Twitter paid users with extra security and verify subscribers. Current employees have to realise the project for November 7 launch, otherwise they’ll be fired. He also planned to revived Vine, an app before TikTok, in which Twitter killed it in 2016. He and Binance, also who financed the acquistion, will partner up to combat bot issue with blockchain, which will drive progress toward Web3, an updated, decentralized version of the internet focused on promoting user ownership, censorship resistance, decentralization, better identity solutions, and native payments that do not rely on today’s financial institutions.

- NL Times reported that the Conservatorium Hotel will consider to take legal action over Activision for using their building architecture in CoD: MW II, and the fact that they do not condone the usage of the game, which they said it as violent and not their core value. It appeared in-game level under the name “Breenbergh”.

- Sony’s PlayStation official Twitter account congratulates to Activision for their recent Call on Duty: Modern Warfare II (CoD: MW II; 2022 edition) on the biggest PlayStation Store launch ever for a Call of Duty game history (including preorders and day one sales).

- Watch out for these games! Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse (release in March 2023 on PC and consoles), Mala Petaka (“Disaster” in Indonesian; no release date, but does have playable demo on Steam), and Endacopia (not yet released, but does have playable demo on Itch.io and currently on Kickstarter, backable for 25 days until due date).

- PureDark, a pretty well-known game modder, will be adding Nvidia’s DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) upscaler tech mod to Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Resident Evil Village (also will receives AMD’s FSR (FidelityFX Super Resolution) 2).

🚀Space news🌌:

- Joint Polar Satellite System-2 (JPSS-2) satellite and Low-Earth Orbit Flight Test of an Inflatable Decelerator (LOFTID) launch onboarding Atlas V rocket mission now delayed from 1 November 2022 to 9 November 2022 (Wednesday) due to needs to replace a battery on the Atlas V’s Centaur upper stage.

- UFO sightings are usually tell-tale sign of foreign spying or any space junk (including rocket and satellite debris), according to U.S. government. Now that’s even more interesting…

- The asteroid, called 2022 RM4, has an estimated diameter of between 1,083 and 2,428 feet (330 and 740 meters), will be at closest to Earth on 31 October 2022, about 1.43 million miles (2.3 million kilometers) of Earth (six times the average distance between Earth and the moon), at velocity around 52,500 mph (84,500 kmh).

- NASA scientists have developed a new device designed to autonomously detect life in the watery plumes shooting into space from icy moons like Enceladus and perhaps Europa. Aptly named OWLS (Ocean Worlds Life Surveyor), it could collect samples of water while flying through the plumes, then search for any microorganisms that the geysers may have spurted up into space.

- Haumea also has a surface that is mostly made of a kind of water ice unlike most of the other bodies in the Kuiper Belt, in which NASA wondered how such a phenomena possible for such asteroid types.

- The spiral galaxy UGC 9391, 130 million light-years from Earth, helps scientists build a ‘Cosmic Distance Ladder’, due to presence of various stars formation that have different luminosity, which will be able to guesstimate the distance between space objects.
